Role Description A truly unique opportunity for an experienced analytics leader who will ensure credible, timely, and insightful analytics and maintain a results-focused culture. Develop a cadence and motivation that keeps stakeholders focused on key objectives and results. This role is a strategic partner to the Go to Market leadership team. - Work with GTM leadership and other key stakeholders to define metrics that provide business insights and that inform decisions and investments. - Design and evolve reports to maintain stride with a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, including but not limited to: - Sales Forecasting - Marketing Efficacy - Pipeline trending and management - Activity tracking, Return on Marketing Investment - Campaign effectiveness - Lead quality - Sale pipeline target development - Sales team performance measurement - Work with cross functional teams to ensure data integrity and provide the “single source of truth” for reporting. - Identify productivity metrics for each role in the organization. Ensure tracking and review to maintain a performance-based culture and capacity planning. - Create a cadence of reporting and review for timely review, insights, and decision making. Qualifications - 5-7 years experience in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Operations, BI, or FP&A - Sales and Marketing business acumen. - Maniacal attention to detail and data integrity. - Ability to both collaborate and influence cross functionally and at all levels within the organization. - Agility without foregoing rigor and best practice. - A love of solving puzzles Requirements - Background checks are required, which may include criminal record checks. Benefits - Annual gross base salary range for this position is $106,400 - $133,000 plus variable compensation. - Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary. - Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
