Role Description We are building a centralized Data Warehouse and developing in-house marketing automation capabilities to support scalable, data-driven growth. We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst who will translate business needs into structured data requirements and automation logic. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and the data team, ensuring that customer data models, lifecycle definitions, and automated workflows are aligned with measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with the data team and cross-functional stakeholders to design reliable data foundations that enable retention initiatives, lifecycle communication, and consistent performance measurement across the company. Job Requirements
