Renewals Specialist – Splunk
Cisco
• Engage early and frequently with customers and partners to help solve technology challenges • Work on high volume, transactional opportunities and support consultative renewals • Apply technical expertise across related products and services within a defined architecture • Participate in customer discussions to tailor messaging to business priorities • Highlight Cisco differentiators using pre-developed materials • Assist in identifying adoption, competitive, or technical risks • Prepare renewal quotes and collaborate with internal stakeholders • Support resolution of moderately complex renewal components • Suggest renewal options based on product knowledge • Participate in scalable renewal motions • Identify repetitive tasks and suggest areas for improvement • Share product-specific insights and renewal learnings with peers • Use software tools, automation platforms, and AI-enabled systems to streamline workflows • Surface gaps based on customer feedback and suggest improvements • Collaborate cross-functionally with account teams, customer success, and operations • Take ownership of assigned renewal opportunities
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience
- Understanding of Renewal processes, procedures and systems
- Value Proposition Development - different GTM channel and supporting governance mechanisms
- Basic understanding of analytics and programmatic processes
- Understanding of software subscription, licensing and support service contracting models
- Discovery, negotiation, and closing skills at all levels
