• Serve as a strategic HR advisor, guiding clients on best practices across HR functions (such as compensation, compliance with rules and regulations, policy development, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, etc.) • Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and labor laws • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and restructuring efforts • Lead compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy implementation • Drive HR systems, process improvements, and key client projects

Role Description Join REDW as a SALT Senior Accountant. What You’ll Do: - Applies knowledge to understand potential tax issues. - Evaluates and selects alternative actions to lessen tax burden and cost of compliance. - Recognizes and communicates potential risks. - Identifies potential changes in the tax policy and applies new policies to tax compliance. - Assists in handling routine questions from federal or state agencies. - Serves as primary contact for the clients, as needed, including but not limited to preparing and presenting presentations to clients and potential clients.
