Role Description Join a busy Australian residential construction business in a broad, fully remote administration role covering supplier invoices, purchase orders, data entry and general office support. This is a stable, long-term position with training provided and plenty of variety. This role owns the administration that keeps the business’s construction projects running smoothly, from raising and managing purchase orders through to processing supplier invoices and reconciling supplier statements. Day to day, you will: - Maintain accurate records across the business’s accounting and project management systems. - Keep project and job files organised and up to date. - Handle correspondence with suppliers and subcontractors. - Provide general support to the wider team. - Learn new software and AI tools to streamline how the business operates. Qualifications - Previous administration experience, ideally within a construction or trades business. - Construction industry experience is highly regarded. - Experience processing supplier invoices. - A clear understanding of the difference between purchase orders and invoices. - Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly. - Familiar with, or genuinely enthusiastic about, applying AI tools to improve productivity and day-to-day operations. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers and records. - Well organised, able to manage competing tasks and deadlines without being told twice. - Demonstrated employment stability, with a preference for candidates who have remained with previous employers for approximately two years or more. - A genuine interest in establishing a long-term career within the business and growing alongside the team. - Excellent written and spoken English. • Manage a continuous and high volume of in-bound and out-bound calls from patients, health systems, and insurance carriers, while simultaneously navigating and updating numerous systems, to resolve patient accounts inquiries and collect payment • Attain payment of outstanding patient accounts through use of effective negotiation and customer service skills • Accurately records status of collection efforts in company and member systems • Research alternate insurance or payment options from various client resources available while navigating and updating multiple patient accounting systems. • Assess caller status to ensure the protection of patient privacy and compliance with State and Federal guidelines • Responsible for meeting monthly goals and quality standards through efficient and accurate work processes • Other duties as assigned • Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards • Understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times • Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties

• Assist with audio and visual needs at events, including recording, lighting, sound, projection, etc. • Capture photos and video of Protect Life Michigan events, outreaches, and other programs • Produce, film, and edit video content to promote and/or educate regarding Protect Life Michigan’s mission. • Maintain and care for Protect Life Michigan-owned equipment.
