• Review vulnerability scan data to identify and prioritize findings and remediation efforts across multiple at-risk entities • Perform open-source research to identify vulnerabilities using common vulnerability intelligence and vulnerability management applications • Conduct research and analysis of technical vulnerabilities including evaluating prevalence, exploitability, and cyber threat actor affiliations

• Take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, including helpdesk support for team members and contractors • Review and document existing IT processes, tools, and policies • Ensure proper management of Apple devices through MDM (e.g., Mosyle, Jamf) • Assess and improve Google Workspace configuration, permissions, and security posture • Automate manual IT workflows and policies using scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar) • Strengthen identity and access management, including SAML/SSO/OpenID Connect integrations • Optimize SaaS provisioning and deprovisioning processes across core tools (e.g., Okta, Slack, GitHub, Notion) • Improve system documentation and standard operating procedures for a remote workforce • Lead strategic improvements to Clutch’s IT infrastructure to ensure scalability and security • Implement or enhance device lifecycle management and asset tracking processes • Partner with leadership on SaaS vendor evaluation, procurement, and cost optimization • Proactively identify and mitigate security and operational risks across systems and endpoints.

• Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive project cost budgets, including baseline budgets and formal change approvals. • Master and control all project budgets, commitments, actuals, and accruals to ensure absolute cost integrity. • Develop and rigorously maintain robust Estimate-to-Complete (ETC) and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) forecasts grounded in documented assumptions. • Conduct in-depth analysis of cost performance, productivity, trends, and variances to identify early indicators of financial risk. • Critically validate contractor billing against verified field quantities (TIC) and contractual terms to mitigate financial risk. • Support project change management by developing detailed cost impact analyses for change orders, trends, and claims, maintaining meticulous change logs. • Prepare monthly cost accruals and execute month-end close activities, including detailed variance explanations and financial reconciliations. • Own the project cost closeout process, including final cost reporting, financial reconciliation, and synthesizing lessons learned for future projects. • Partner with Project Schedulers, Supply Chain, and Project Managers to ensure cost phasing is precisely aligned with the Master Integrated Schedule (MIS).
