• Electrical Inspections: Conduct ongoing inspections of all electrical installations, subassemblies, and finished goods to ensure compliance with standards. • Process Audits: Execute audits of electrical assembly, control wiring, power distribution wiring, and commercial wiring installation processes. • Testing and Reporting: Assist in or prepare testing and commissioning reports to document product performance and compliance. • Quality Standards Documentation: Document quality standards and specifications related to electrical installations and assembly, and collaborate on training. • Compliance Verification: Ensure all work is executed per approved standards and drawings, identifying and addressing deviations. • Non-Conformance Documentation: Document material non-conformances found during inspections of work in process, finished goods, and receiving. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with safety, engineering, and manufacturing teams to improve design for manufacturing and reduce inefficiencies. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure product designs comply with regulatory, commercial code, customer specifications, and engineering standards. • Tool Calibration: Assist with the execution of the tool calibration program, focusing on electrical test equipment. • Additional Duties: Perform other job duties as assigned to support the quality assurance process. • Travel 80% of the time to job sites where Crusoe Industries products have been deployed. Role Description We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Investor Relations (IR) Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in managing the relationships between the company and the investment community which continues to grow. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to all aspects of designing and creating a robust IR function, with significant experience in a dynamic environment that is market-facing with a proven track record supporting the capital markets participants. Experience in sell-side equity research, capital markets or investor-facing roles within scaled organizations desired. This role will initially report to the SVP of Strategic Capital and Corporate Development. What You’ll Be Working On - Public Company Experience - Assist in managing the ongoing requirements and documentation specific to a newly public company environment. - Manage relationships across sell-side equity research analysts and coverage universe. - Non-Deal Roadshows (NDRs) - Coordinate and manage logistics for investor roadshows and conferences, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and post-event follow-up. - Due Diligence - Manage data requests and materials for investor and analyst due diligence sessions. - Financial Reporting & Communications - Earnings Cycle Management: Play a role in the quarterly earnings process, including drafting press releases, preparing management's scripts, developing Q&A documents, and creating presentation materials. - Messaging Development: Work closely with the Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling internal and external messaging regarding company strategy, financial performance, and market developments. - Market Intelligence & Strategy - Competitive Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and summarize sell-side research, consensus estimates, and competitor financial performance. Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Equity Research. - Ideal experience in supporting a company through a significant liquidity event, such as an Initial Public Offering (IPO) or a major public capital raise. - Prior experience working for a large, complex, publicly traded company known for its rigorous financial standards and advanced technology products (e.g., in the semiconductor, cloud, or advanced technology sectors). - Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). - High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and experience utilizing IR-specific platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, CRM software). - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise narratives for a financial audience. - Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines and with a high degree of confidentiality. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain trust with internal executives and external investors. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. • Perform and support comprehensive grid integration studies for large-load facilities within MISO and PJM. • Manage transmission injection processes and perform load deliverability studies to ensure grid stability and capacity. • Strategize Points of Interconnection (POIs) based on evolving business needs and changing regulatory requirements. • Contribute to the technical development of the team, sharing expertise and best practices in grid integration and ISO/RTO navigation. • Work with internal teams to draft technical specifications and support Business Development on the technical aspects of project proposals. • Identify POIs that best suit our business development needs while staying ahead of grid code compliance and transmission topology changes.

• Lead the execution of commissioning test procedures across assigned systems including pre-functional checklists, functional performance tests, and integrated systems tests. • Review and provide input on commissioning test scripts, MOPs, punch lists, and turnover documentation. • Serve as a field-level technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving commissioning deficiencies across electrical, or controls disciplines. • Coordinate with trade contractors and subcontractors to schedule, sequence, and support commissioning activities on-site. • Verify installation conditions against approved drawings, submittals, and specifications to confirm readiness for testing. • Track and drive closure of open deficiencies, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. • Support integrated systems testing and reliability demonstrations for critical MEP, and EPMS infrastructure. • Participate in factory witness testing and startup validation activities as assigned. • Maintain complete and accurate commissioning records, field reports, and turnover packages. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to Junior CxE team members in the field. • Ensure adherence to Crusoe commission requirements and collect feedback from the field to improve the commissioning program. • Communicate progress, risks, and technical issues clearly to the management team. • Adhere to and help enforce site safety protocols and compliance requirements throughout all commissioning phases.

• Develop and execute global supply strategies for GPU servers, CPU servers, and their critical components (accelerators, CPUs, memory, NICs, optics) across all Crusoe data centers. • Own NVIDIA and AMD accelerator allocation strategy, including engagement with allocation teams, demand forecasting, and prioritization across deployment programs. • Manage strategic relationships with HPE, Dell, Supermicro, and major ODMs (Quanta, Wiwynn, Foxconn, Inventec, Hon Hai), including capacity planning, ramp readiness, and quality. • Align supplier manufacturing capacity with Crusoe's GPU/CPU deployment forecast across multiple data centers, accounting for new product introductions and generational transitions (H100, H200, B200, GB200, and beyond). • Build buffer and allocation strategies for long-lead components (accelerators, HBM, advanced packaging, optics) to protect deployment schedules during periods of constrained supply. • Drive lead time reduction initiatives, dual-source strategies where appropriate, and continuous improvement in supplier on-time delivery. • Build and maintain risk maps for the Compute supply chain (geopolitical, single-source, capacity, quality) with documented contingency plans. • Manage Compute inventory positions across Crusoe data centers, including safety stock, buffer strategy, and excess and obsolescence (E&O) reduction. • Partner with NPI, Deployment, Finance, Legal, and Cloud Engineering to align supply plans with deployment commitments and capital plans. • Provide regular supply health updates, risk reports, and recommendations to procurement and engineering leadership. • Travel: 35% +

• Serve as the on-site electrical subject matter expert for all commissioning activities, serving as the primary escalation point for technical issues across all project phases. • Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and O&M documentation to ensure alignment with design intent and project specifications. • Ensure Owner Project Requirements (OPR) remain aligned with commissioning scope throughout the project lifecycle, tracking changes and maintaining traceability to project objectives. • Oversee third-party commissioning agents (CxA), including scope development, performance management, deliverable tracking, and activity oversight such as factory witness testing and startup validation. • Identify equipment requiring factory testing and coordinate with the procurement team to schedule vendor testing activities. • Review and validate factory test procedures for compliance with project specifications prior to execution; oversee Factory Witness Testing (FWT) for off-site manufactured equipment. • Review and approve commissioning documentation including the Cx Plan, L2–L5 test scripts, reports, and turnover packages. • Oversee quality control processes including first-of-kind inspections and installation validation. • Drive issue identification, troubleshooting, remediation, and formal closure across all commissioning phases. • Ensure all commissioning activities — both static and dynamic testing — align with approved plans and performance standards. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between construction, engineering, controls, and operations teams throughout all project phases. • Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly defining commissioning processes, roles, and levels of engagement. • Ensure all commissioning documentation is complete, accurate, and supports a clean project turnover. • Support transition to operations by providing technical guidance, training coordination, and post-handover support as required. • Enforce safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements across all commissioning activities.

• Lead the field deployment, integration, and startup of automation solutions for BMS/EPMS systems, ensuring seamless integration and monitor with electrical, and cooling infrastructure. • Enforce system standards, frameworks, and deployment patterns for controls, BMS, and EPMS rollouts across multiple projects and sites. • Deploy and configure dashboards, HMIs, and operator workstations, ensuring site personnel have clear, functional visibility and control over complex building and power systems. • Oversee system integrators during standard deployments and point-to-point checkouts to ensure strict compliance with design standards, and operate as the controls escalation point to troubleshoot complex automation integration, system inconsistencies, and network integration issues. • Collaborate with design engineers, contractors, and OEM partners in the field to configure, integrate, and troubleshoot networks utilizing BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, and MQTT protocols. • Conduct system testing, simulation, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to validate functionality, sequencing, and data accuracy prior to operational handover. • Ensure controls platforms correctly collect and push real-time and historical data, enabling performance insight and analysis. • Mentor and train other controls engineers, on control system operation, troubleshooting best practices, and execution methodology.
