Role Description P1 Dental Partners is hiring a Dental Hygiene Recruiter to lead proactive sourcing and pipeline development for Registered Dental Hygienists across our Midwest markets. This role is heavily focused on outbound recruiting, engaging passive candidates, and building long-term talent pipelines to support practice growth. If you thrive on identifying hard-to-find talent and building relationships before roles even open, this is the role for you. - Proactively source and engage passive hygienist talent through LinkedIn, referrals, schools, networking, and industry groups - Build and maintain strong, sustainable pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs - Conduct phone screens and manage candidates from first outreach through offer - Partner closely with supported practice leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies - Represent P1 at career fairs, hygiene programs, and recruiting events - Maintain accurate tracking and reporting within the ATS - Deliver a high-touch, responsive candidate experience Qualifications - 3+ years of recruiting experience, with strong sourcing experience preferred - Proven ability to build pipelines and engage passive candidates - Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Organized, goal-oriented, and metrics-driven - Willingness to travel within the Midwest Company Description P1 Dental Partners is a leading dental organization committed to providing top-notch dental care and creating a positive experience for our patients. Role Description The Stewardship Program Lead serves as the bridge between complex clinical policy and our potential member base. Qualifications - Passion for improving the health and lives of our members. - 3-5 years of experience in Care Coordination, Patient Advocacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), or Clinical Operations. - Proven track record of managing high-volume, high-complexity member escalations. - Deep familiarity with Prior Authorization (PA) processes and clinical eligibility criteria (experience with GLP-1s is a major plus). - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - you can simplify the complex on the fly. - Highly adaptable and nimble, able to switch seamlessly between answering calls and working on independent projects with minimal supervision. - Proven track record of remaining calm, flexible, and solution-oriented in high-stress situations and de-escalating complex member interactions. - Moderate to advanced technical proficiency across multiple platforms (Salesforce and Zendesk experience preferred). - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy. - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred. - Availability to work 9am-5pm PST. - Startup experience is a plus.
