Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated with strong follow-through and ownership

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead implementation and rollout activities for new systems and features: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to launch system enhancements, including onboarding new properties and introducing new platforms. - Drive adoption through training and communication: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure users understand and effectively use the tools, improving overall system utilization. - Provide operational support and issue resolution: Monitor system usage, identify issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them quickly, minimizing disruption to users. - Track performance and system health metrics: Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate system effectiveness and provide insights that support continuous improvement. - Collaborate across teams to deliver results: Partner with technology, operations, and external vendors to align priorities, track progress, and ensure successful execution of initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: Employment Experience - 5+ years of relevant work experience in Revenue Management and Hospitality - Experience with franchising businesses and/or hotel Management Company across multiple brands a strong plus. Technical Skills - Comprehensive knowledge of pricing and Revenue Management systems, Revenue Management principles and philosophies, industry standard metrics and practices, and emerging technologies. - Knowledge of hotel technology systems including RMS, PMS, CRS and channel connectivity. - Experience with IDeaS RMS platforms preferred - Product Management Skills including organization, planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting. - Proficiency in SQL and tableau - Proficient in the use of all Microsoft office applications with high degree of demonstrated proficiency in Excel. • Mechanical engineer with experience in working and maintenance of Upstream & Downstream rotary machines(Reciprocating/Centrifugal Compressors, Gas turbine, Steam turbine, Blowers, Motor, Pumps, Generators etc). • Engineer shall be competent to review P&ID, instrument list, PFDs and data sheets. • Engineer shall be able to develop anomaly Report, understand Machine fault, provide possible causes & recommendation. • ISO Category II/III Vibration analyst. • Strong expertise in advanced vibration analysis, rotor dynamics, oil analysis and thermal imaging. • Good knowledge in interpreting multi parameter data (vibration, process, seal etc) • Develop predictive maintenance strategies • Analyze trends to improve MTBF and reduce unplanned downtime. • Perform RCA for major breakdown. • Expert in data analytics tool.
• Gain a firm understanding of the clinical policies, coding guidelines, prior authorization protocol required to prescribe and process billing for FDA approved products. • Quickly identify, communicate and resolve outstanding billing reimbursement issues to the Director of National Accounts – Payers. • Inform Field Sales Team of reimbursement hurdles specific to their territory with respect to Replimune Compliance guidelines. • Use approved materials and suggest any material updates needed to the Market Access team marketer. • Manage reimbursement challenges through a well-defined triage process. • Partner with the Director of National Accounts – Payer team on a routine basis to understand the clinical policies for Replimune FDA approved products. • Use approved tools, such as dashboards, coding guides, etc., to assist in making a smooth and efficient overall patient journey. • Proactively communicate with Market Access account team to gain a complete understanding of payer based medical policies and clinical criteria for use of FDA approved Replimune products. • Assist in building, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators to monitor overall performance. • Collaborate with other field reimbursement managers to implement best practices. • Advise in the development of tools to be used in the field to assist in product reimbursement. • Conduct updates to the Director of National Accounts – Payers on the status of approval and reimbursement for patients of FDA approved products.
