Strategic Partner Operations Manager IV itD is seeking a Strategic Partner Operations Manager IV to drive operational excellence and strategic growth across the Monetization Partnerships team, with a focus on WhatsApp Business Messaging. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring seamless program execution, operational support, and data-driven insights that accelerate partner performance and regional growth. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in partner operations, strategic partnerships, and business analytics, with a proven track record of managing complex programs, improving processes, and delivering measurable business impact. Location: Remote – United States (Must align to Eastern Time). Pay Rate: Market rate, depending on experience. We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more. Responsibilities - Lead tactical execution of WhatsApp partnership programs, including partner onboarding, incentive payouts, MDF tracking, and opportunity management within CRM systems. - Manage partner support tickets and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality partner experience. - Serve as the primary operational point of contact for strategic partners, guiding them through processes, resolving system challenges, and supporting sales-related initiatives. - Analyze partner performance data and program metrics to generate insights that inform strategy and drive incremental adoption of business messaging solutions. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Program, and Deal Desk teams to troubleshoot technical issues and structure effective partner incentives. - Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and operational trackers to monitor KPIs, vertical trends, and program effectiveness. - Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements to enhance partner performance and scale regional growth initiatives. Internal Responsibilities - Attend regular internal practice community meetings. - Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership. - Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material). - Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice. - Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual). - Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities. Required Qualifications and Skills - 7+ years of experience in operations, consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, customer success, or pre-sales roles. - Advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights. - Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex workstreams. - Proven ability to communicate data-driven insights to varied audiences, including senior leadership. - Strong operational execution skills with the ability to prioritize, follow up, and meet tight deadlines. - Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications and Skills - Experience within channel sales organizations or enterprise SaaS environments. - Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, or statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS). - Cloud infrastructure knowledge (e.g., load balancing, core optimization, database management). - Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency. Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
