Role Description As the WEM Partner Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive resale bookings and revenue through key WEM partnerships. You will be responsible for the overall success of the partnership, including: - Partner management - Reseller contracts - Program activities - Partner enablement - Joint GTM initiatives - Driving revenue growth This role reports to the Senior Director, Business Development and will require collaboration with: - Sales - SalesOps - Solution Consulting - Marketing - PS - Product Management - Finance - Others Key Responsibilities: - Align with Five9 Sales and key partner staff on joint customer opportunities, GTM strategy, growth opportunities, and sales pursuits - Support special bid pricing and negotiations with partners as required - Enable Five9 sales and partner sales teams with cross-training of joint solutions - Support execution of Five9 reseller contracts and amendments, SKU creation, financial tracking and other SalesOps efforts - Engage with internal/external product and partner marketing staff to produce compelling assets and customer materials - Partner with sales and partner marketing staff on joint event and GTM activities - Track pipeline for assigned WEM partners and monitor overall activities toward achieving quarterly and annual bookings targets - Engage with SalesOps and Finance to track and manage partner performance, overage/usage issues, SOW requirements, etc. Qualifications - 3+ years of Contact Center (CCaaS) and/or AI experience; Understanding of these markets and key adjacent technologies - Significant Sales, Marketing and/or Business Development experience and proficiency in engaging with partners - Understanding and history with SaaS and/or reseller contracts; strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex challenges (internal and external) - Ability to travel 30% of the time for various events, conferences, meetings, etc. - Excellent presentation and communication skills – virtual and in-person - Ability to interface well with sales, product, marketing, and leadership staff - Proficiency with standard business management tools (SFDC, Excel, PowerPoint, and other systems) Requirements Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.
