• Lead architecture and technical direction for build and deploy systems meeting FedRAMP High and DoD IL5 requirements • Design, implement, and operate scalable, available, high-quality build systems • Translate security and compliance requirements into access control, audit logging, secret management, vulnerability response, and evidence collection implementations • Monitor and maintain build health and accuracy with product engineering teams • Collaborate with SRE to ensure build-system scalability and availability • Prevent, predict, and respond to issues while coordinating triage and remediation across product teams • Contribute production code, design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, debugging, and operational improvements

• design, develop, and maintain full stack applications and integration services • translate architectural patterns and design decisions into high-quality code • work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to implement integrations • partner with senior engineers and architects to evaluate third-party platforms, SaaS tools • write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code • collaborate within agile teams to iterate quickly and improve practices

• Execute (proposing, negotiating, planning, leading and reporting) tests at customer power plants to assist in meeting evolving regulatory standards for steady-state performance, dynamic performance, and modeling • Communicate effectively with clients to support their testing and/or compliance needs, and resolve issues promptly • Support GE project(s) with power systems engineering expertise, including design and equipment specification studies, and commissioning support • Support continuous development of generation products based on evolving codes and standards • Contribute to the development of new tools and improvement of existing tools used by the team • Actively participate in identifying and cultivating new customers and business opportunities, prepare proposals, project creation / assignment, billing and closing

• Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. • Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. • Deliver high-quality project execution to ensure strong customer satisfaction. • Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner. • Perform installation, configuration, customization, and upgrades of APM solutions based on customer requirements. • Provide technical support for APM projects throughout implementation. • Update standard system architecture based on customer-specific needs. • Develop technical design specifications aligned with project requirements. • Leverage standard product capabilities, promote standardization, limit customization, and maximize reuse of existing solutions. • Create work breakdown structures and estimate effort for standard technical activities. • Gather and document business and application requirements through stakeholder discussions. • Support understanding of business processes and translate requirements into structured documentation. • Collaborate with Project Managers and Services Consultants to scope application changes in line with change management processes. • Work closely with Product Development, Commercial teams, customers, partners, and integrators as needed. • Contribute throughout the full project lifecycle to support design decisions, functionality, budget, timeline, and customer expectations.
