• Execute (proposing, negotiating, planning, leading and reporting) tests at customer power plants to assist in meeting evolving regulatory standards for steady-state performance, dynamic performance, and modeling • Communicate effectively with clients to support their testing and/or compliance needs, and resolve issues promptly • Support GE project(s) with power systems engineering expertise, including design and equipment specification studies, and commissioning support • Support continuous development of generation products based on evolving codes and standards • Contribute to the development of new tools and improvement of existing tools used by the team • Actively participate in identifying and cultivating new customers and business opportunities, prepare proposals, project creation / assignment, billing and closing

• Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. • Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. • Deliver high-quality project execution to ensure strong customer satisfaction. • Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner. • Perform installation, configuration, customization, and upgrades of APM solutions based on customer requirements. • Provide technical support for APM projects throughout implementation. • Update standard system architecture based on customer-specific needs. • Develop technical design specifications aligned with project requirements. • Leverage standard product capabilities, promote standardization, limit customization, and maximize reuse of existing solutions. • Create work breakdown structures and estimate effort for standard technical activities. • Gather and document business and application requirements through stakeholder discussions. • Support understanding of business processes and translate requirements into structured documentation. • Collaborate with Project Managers and Services Consultants to scope application changes in line with change management processes. • Work closely with Product Development, Commercial teams, customers, partners, and integrators as needed. • Contribute throughout the full project lifecycle to support design decisions, functionality, budget, timeline, and customer expectations.

• Define and lead the technical strategy for the ClickHouse web platform. • Architect, build and maintain our marketing website and supporting systems using Next.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript and Strapi. • Contribute meaningful production code across the platform. This is a hands-on engineering role where everybody codes. • Continuously improve the platform’s performance, scalability, reliability, accessibility and maintainability. • Own the technical health of the website, including Core Web Vitals, deployment pipelines, observability and engineering best practices. • Partner with Demand Generation to improve self-service capabilities and evolve experimentation and A/B testing infrastructure. • Partner with the Content team to improve technical SEO and search performance. • Partner with Design to deliver exceptional user experiences while maintaining engineering quality and implementation consistency. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand priorities, define technical solutions and build the roadmap for the web platform. • Establish and maintain high engineering standards through architecture, code reviews, documentation and technical leadership. • Help shape the future of web engineering at ClickHouse by evaluating modern technologies, tooling and AI-assisted development workflows. • Help build and grow a lean, high-performing web engineering team as the organisation evolves, partnering on hiring where additional investment is needed.
