This is a high-impact, individual contributor leadership role where you will act as the vertical's strategic "overlay" expert, partnering with our sales teams to identify, influence, and close high-value deals. You will define the go-to-market strategy that positions our AI-driven intelligence as the standard for Hyperscale Construction teams (AWS, Google, Meta) and Tier 1 General Contractors (DPR, Turner). This role can be based out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah, or remotely within the United States, with regular travel to meet with prospects and customers across the United States. Role Responsibilities - Architect Vertical Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market framework specifically tailored to the unique compliance and security demands of Mission Critical Infrastructure. - Drive Pipeline Excellence: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) overlay for the GTM team, providing the industry depth required to qualify opportunities and accelerate the sales cycle within the data center and critical construction sectors. - Influence & Close: Partner directly with sales representatives on key accounts to deliver compelling, vertical-specific value propositions that drive revenue growth. - Champion the Brand: Serve as the "Face of LVT" within the vertical, leveraging an elite network of contacts across Hyperscale owners and top-tier General Contracting firms. - Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to ensure our roadmap addresses the high-stakes operational, safety, and site-security needs of critical infrastructure projects. - Market Intelligence: Rigorously monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and customer feedback to refine LVT’s competitive advantage in the mission-critical space. - Field Leadership: Lead the charge in the field, with travel as needed, estimated ~15-30%, to engage stakeholders and oversee critical site deployments. Qualifications - Mission Critical Authority: You possess a deep, sophisticated understanding of the data center lifecycle, Hyperscale construction requirements, and the specific physical security challenges inherent in critical infrastructure. - The "Strategic Hunter": You have a proven track record of influencing complex, high-six-figure enterprise deals through deep industry credibility and technical fluency. - Exceptional Communicator: Ability to translate complex AI and hardware capabilities into clear ROI for both General Contractor leads and Hyperscale tech executives. - Analytical Architect: You are data-driven, using market research and sales metrics to identify high-growth segments and optimize vertical strategies. - Cross-Functional Partner: You excel at working in a matrixed environment, seamlessly collaborating with sales reps to provide the "special forces" expertise needed to win. - Agile & Adaptable: You thrive in high-growth environments, with the mindset to pivot strategies quickly as market conditions or customer needs evolve. - Results-Obsessed: You are driven by KPIs and revenue targets, with a natural inclination toward accountability and course-correcting based on performance data. Your total earning potential is amplified by a bonus structure tied to meeting goals, and you will become an owner from day one through our employee equity program.
