• Account setup on online advertising platforms. • Implementation of campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. • Continuous account optimization to ensure campaign effectiveness. • Requesting new ad copy and creative assets. • Creation of monthly reports using Dashgoo. • Daily campaign review and optimization. • Preparing materials with ideas for creative assets. • Issuing monthly invoices (boletos) and updating the consolidated spreadsheet. • Updating investment spreadsheets. • Participating in client meetings. • Tag tracking.

Job Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads

Role Description The Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) seeks to hire a Paid Media Manager to execute DAGA’s digital advertising program. - Partner with the Deputy Director of Digital Fundraising and DAGA’s consultants to develop and execute a cutting-edge, revenue-driving paid media program - Manage digital advertising campaigns from concept to deployment across platforms including Meta, Google, and more - Conceptualize, pitch, and execute innovative, data-informed digital advertising strategies - Write compelling ad copy and video scripts tailored to platform best practices and audience segments - Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, compliance, and leadership teams to produce advertising assets - Develop and recommend strategic acquisition plans - Identify new opportunities to scale and optimize online fundraising through paid channels - Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable reporting with insights to drive long-term list growth - Support additional digital and fundraising initiatives as assigned Qualifications - 4-5 years of experience working in paid media in the progressive space (at agencies, committees, non-profits, or progressive organizations) - Experience executing ad campaigns on Meta and Google - Experience writing ad copy and developing ad concepts - Experience developing and executing acquisition plans - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines - Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment - Commitment to DAGA's mission Requirements - Ideally in DC or willing to relocate.
