• Provide excellent customer service by effectively navigating and demonstrating the PBS DMS system, while maintaining positive, solutions -focused relationships to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded • Independently manage and deliver all assigned training sessions within primary silo • Become an independent install resource • Develop a thorough understanding of PBS software and related training processes • Respond promptly to internal and external training requests • Gain proficiency in data entry and other key operational tasks • Stay up-to-date and understand process documentation as departmental processes evolve • Share knowledge across silos and contribute to team learning and development • Take the initiative to expand product knowledge and participate in cross-training opportunities if possible • Support a collaborative and positive team environment • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years' PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE with a focus in Accounting operations
  • Fluently bilingual English/French (spoke, read and write)
  • Strong computer skills are required including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, word, excel). The ability to quicky learn and adapt to new software tools is essential!
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month; valid passport (or the capacity to obtain it) and full drivers' license are required
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and public speaking
  • PBS software experience is a strong asset
  • Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training session is a strong asset
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Outstanding documentation abilities
  • High school diploma

Role Description Omnicell is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting & Reporting to join its Finance organization. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Recognition, this role will serve as a key technical accounting leader responsible for ensuring revenue from ASC 606 and ASC 842 orders is recognized and reported in accordance with U.S. GAAP. The Senior Manager will provide technical accounting guidance across Omnicell’s portfolio of hardware and software products, SaaS, services, and leasing arrangements, while overseeing critical revenue and lease accounting processes, technical accounting assessments, contract review, consolidated revenue reporting, and SOX-compliant controls. This role will also serve as the Revenue Accounting subject matter expert for the company’s multi-year SAP transformation, helping ensure system design, reporting, data integrity, and controls align with accounting policy and financial reporting requirements. This position will manage a small team of 1–2 Senior Analysts and partner closely with Finance, IT, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Legal, SEC Reporting, external auditors, and implementation partners to support accurate, scalable, and compliant revenue recognition across the organization.
