Role Description The Red Hat Go-To-Market Strategy & Incentives is seeking a Business Strategy Consultant to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for driving strategy development, facilitating decision-making, leading change management activities, and managing high-priority initiatives in support of the organization's long-term mission and vision, with a core focus on analyzing data that informs the design, delivery and monitoring of workforce plans in support of overarching sales goals and initiatives. - Transform & improve data quality for all dimensions of Sales management & planning. - Create data architecture aligned to the business requirements for Sales Management. - Curate data fit for purpose for end-to-end Incentives process, including target planning, quotas, development & territory structures. - Transform the end-to-end process for Quotas from client segmentation to target setting models for Quotas, Territory & Quota deployment at scale. - Assess workforce plans to ensure strategies and initiatives are aligned and integrated within the Global Sales organization. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by leading working teams, organization alignment reviews, workshops, lessons learned exercises and quarterly briefings. - Drive strategy development, future-state design, and decision-making in support of intermediate and long-term business objectives. - Lead change management and communications planning and execution. - Serve as a trusted advisor for senior leadership, often working through complex and ambiguous business challenges. - Identify and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring proper prioritization, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks. - Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap of strategic initiatives and assess newly identified opportunities and challenges for business value and impact. - Research and assess industry and market trends utilizing both internal and external resources. - Evaluate and design business and operating models that support organizational objectives. - Maintain a knowledge management system, including best practices, benchmarks, and repositories. Qualifications - 10+ years experience in Sales Planning, Incentives, strategy or execution, business strategy planning or consulting. - 5+ years experience in the technology industry. - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance or related field. Role Description The role of the OSINT Strategy and Operations Manager at the client's Global Safety & Security department is to gather intelligence information and conduct analysis to assist safety and security’s threat mitigation efforts towards the company's interests, executive staff, and employees. - Provide mentorship and offer technical expertise/guidance to junior analysts. - Provide timely and accurate information to decision-makers, enabling informed choices to safeguard assets, personnel, and reputation. - Requires extensive experience in conducting OSINT investigations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work non-traditional hours. Responsibilities - Exhibit problem-solving skills and assess concerns for complex challenges, suggesting and implementing solutions with guidance from managers. - Understand Airbnb Intel customer needs and priorities; exhibit strong subject matter expertise for specialized analysis. - Accept responsibility for the development and execution of unstructured projects with guidance from managers. - Use existing procedures to solve problems and support the development of procedures when needed. - Model best business practices and provide mentorship to all analysts. - Execute complex projects with minimal oversight, including task delegation and training of junior team members. - Coordinate inter-agency liaison meets and regional off-sites with minimal oversight from leadership. - Ensure quality control measures are to the highest standard to minimize case management errors. - Follow company procedures and processes related to industry best practices and handling of confidential information. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with other business partners to effectively support their needs. - Flexible work schedule as part of a 24/7 team, able to work assigned shifts on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Communicate in a courteous and professional manner with co-workers, management, clients, and others. - Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. Qualifications - Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship. - This is a full-time position with assigned shifts on a rotational basis as part of a 24/7 team. - This position requires up to 10% travel. - 7+ years of related experience providing intelligence or risk analysis using open-source intelligence tools and investigative techniques. - Proven ability to be an outstanding colleague in a collaborative setting. - Comfortable with changing requirements and priorities. - Experience working with the identification and analysis of threats made by POIs. - Able to proactively communicate status and identify risks. - Experience leveraging technological resources for research and analysis. - Excellent writing and oral communication skills. - Experience working with highly confidential information. - Experience working with diverse partners. - Master’s Degree in political science, international affairs, economics, business, or related field or equivalent experience (preferred). This position will lead the strategy development and execution for the overall business segment, including global upstream product marketing strategies.
