Role Description As a Cyber & AI Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in strengthening Alpaca’s security, compliance, and AI risk posture across the organization. About the role The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is the architect of Opportunity@Work’s enterprise operating model and the executive responsible for transforming People, Finance, and Enterprise Systems into a unified engine for scale, innovation, and mission impact. Reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the five-person executive leadership team, the COO elevates the organization’s internal capabilities to evolve in step with strategy — building the operating discipline, digital fluency, and performance systems required to scale impact nationally. The full-time team is 65 FTE today. As Opportunity@Work enters its next phase of scale and national influence, the COO will play a pivotal role in modernizing the organization’s operating systems, aligning enterprise capabilities, and preparing the institution for sustained impact and leadership continuity. The COO will directly manage the People & Culture team of 3 + contractors, the CFO and finance team of 3, Enterprise IT of 1 FTE supported by an MSP, and an outsourced legal team. This role is fully remote, though we anticipate at minimum, quarterly travel to the Washington, DC office, and bi-annual leadership and team retreats. What you'll do 1. Role Description Au sein du pôle parcours migratoire (PPM), vous serez chargé : - De piloter les flux d'entrée et de sortie dans les structures d'hébergement relevant du dispositif national d'accueil (DNA), dans les centre d'accueil et d'examen des situations (CAES) et dans tout autre dispositif d'hébergement dédié aux personnes primo-arrivantes. Vous organiserez et animerez notamment des comités de pilotage avec les opérateurs de structures d'hébergement. - De participer à l'organisation et à la réalisation de mises à l'abri sur le territoire parisien, en lien avec le service de la prévention et des urgences sociales (SPUS) du cabinet du Préfet. - D'assurer la fermeture des places d'hébergement parisiennes dédiées au public ukrainien et leur orientation vers les dispositifs de droit commun. - D'être le référent des gestions de crise : formaliser des outils de procédure et de pilotage de gestion de crise (vagues migratoires, plan grand froid, plan canicule, plan crues, etc.) et assurer leur diffusion au sein du service et aux partenaires. - Anticiper la mise en place dans l'urgence de dispositifs d'hébergement selon l'intensité des crises, en lien avec le pôle veille sociale et hébergement d'urgence. - Élaborer des éléments de suivi d'activité et de synthèse aux autorités préfectorales. - Appuyer le pôle parcours migratoire sur tout autre dossier nécessitant un renfort (dialogues de gestion, délégation de crédits, mise en place d'appels à projet, négociation de conventions).
