As a Vietnamese-Speaking Outbound Sales Representative for Booksy, you'll join the fastest-growing booking platform in the beauty industry. You won't just be selling; you'll be empowering entrepreneurs to build successful businesses and helping millions of customers arrange their “me time” moments. Essentially, you’ll be a crucial part of a team helping people thrive and feel fantastic every day — while serving and building relationships within the Vietnamese-speaking community. What You'll Be Doing: This role is about taking direct action to attain or exceed objectives. You'll manage your pipeline and implement effective sales strategies, leading to measurable success — specifically engaging and converting Vietnamese-speaking prospects. Your career here would give you the opportunity to: Own the Hunt: Make outbound cold calls to Vietnamese-speaking leads to generate new business opportunities and sales. Be a Social Seller: Actively build an online presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to generate leads and build your Booksy brand within the Vietnamese-speaking market. Drive Conversion: Utilize email outreach, social selling, and other channels (in Vietnamese and English) to engage prospects and follow the prescribed contact strategy to ensure each lead is worked effectively. Hit Your Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by following the Booksy Sales Methodology. Work Smart: Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce), tracking every interaction and lead progression. Compensation: $65,000 base salary + commission.

- Vietnamese Fluency (Required): Professional fluency in Vietnamese and English, with the ability to confidently conduct sales conversations in both languages.
- Outbound Sales Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in outbound sales.
- Sales Tech Fluency: Knowledge and ability to use sales techniques and tools like Salesforce (running a sales funnel, marking activities, analyzing reports) and Google Suite.
- Perseverance: The ability to hold on to views and plans of action despite adversity.
- Persuasiveness: The ambition to win over others and generate support for your ideas.
