Senior Sales Technology Specialist

• Work with the Client Executive to execute equipment and basic services strategy within assigned accounts. • Independently lead customer engagements, meetings, and opportunity development—leveraging SMEs and other resources to position, propose, and close deals. • Efficiently qualify opportunities and develop proposals that meet or exceed customer requirements. • Craft and position the Ricoh portfolio to best fit customer needs. • Assess customer fit, requirements, and financial affordability. • Lead pricing, proposals, and negotiation processes. • Propose, sell, and deliver profitable core equipment and basic services. • Collaborate with matrixed teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables for clients. • Build trust, confidence, and influence with clients through effective collaboration. • Clearly articulate Ricoh’s industry positioning and value proposition. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5–10 years of experience selling into Fortune 5000 companies.
  • Proven consultative selling skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer approval processes and internal workflows.
  • Ability to sell service annuities and manage change orders effectively.
  • Demonstrated success using collaboration to build influence.
  • Strong understanding of the core product and services portfolio.
  • Ability to independently develop and deliver value propositions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
