• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Tableau dashboards that provide meaningful, real-time insights to stakeholders. • Take ownership of the entire Tableau development lifecycle—from setting up data sources to creating high-performing, visually compelling dashboards. • Guide and mentor junior developers, set best practices for dashboard design and data governance. • Work closely with Data Engineering and BI Architecture teams to make sure data models are efficient and optimized for analytics. • Drive the BI vision by identifying new opportunities for analytics and dashboard automation that align with business goals. • Use advanced SQL and analytical skills to solve complex data challenges and turn data into actionable recommendations. • Act as the primary Tableau subject matter expert and go-to partner for key business stakeholders. • Champion BI best practices by creating and maintaining development standards, documentation, and dashboard governance processes. • Build a strong data culture by organizing enablement sessions and supporting data literacy efforts. • Ensure dashboards are maintained, certified, and performance-optimized.

• Implementation and execution of data migration and transformation projects in the (SAP) system, from analysis and design to realization • Creation of migration concepts based on customer requirements • Support in validating data migration results using reports • Preparation and delivery of customer workshops and training on data transformation topics • Implementation of system adjustments and integration into the existing system landscape • Troubleshooting and implementation of optimizations in test migrations and in productive operation
