• Manage the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Prioritize and coordinate daily activities to maximize the CEO's time and productivity. • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, briefing materials, and correspondence. • Screen calls, emails, and other communications, responding or escalating as appropriate. • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation. • Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership team meetings. • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items to completion. • Assist in planning company events, conferences, and executive engagements. • Support cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives. • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, board members, and senior leaders. • Draft professional communications, announcements, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting C suite executives, preferably a CEO.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
