Delivery Manager

• Manage end-to-end delivery for one or multiple assigned workstreams from initiation through completion • Coordinate estimation activities across workstreams, working with technical and business teams to develop effort and timeline forecasts • Facilitate and document detailed requirements gathering sessions across all assigned workstreams, ensuring stakeholder alignment • Maintain delivery plans, status reports, and dashboards to provide visibility into progress and risks across workstreams • Identify and escalate delivery risks, blockers, and issues to the Senior Delivery Manager or Director • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure timely communication across all project stakeholders • Contribute to continuous improvement of team delivery practices and documentation standards • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management activities as needed

Job Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in delivery management, project management, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of direct experience in a Delivery Manager or equivalent role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently
  • Solid understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Experience facilitating requirements sessions with business and technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • PMP or CSM certification a plus
