• Directs short-term multi-domain software and systems engineering plans that translate enterprise strategy into sequenced delivery priorities, operating targets, and customer commitments • Leads multiple teams of managers and directors by setting objectives, delegating authority, confirming spans and structures, and holding leaders accountable for delivery, quality, risk, and operational performance • Oversees budget and investment decisions across engineering domains by rebalancing resources • Shapes enterprise performance mechanisms, including objectives, key results, service measures, and operating reviews • Implements enterprise standards, controls, and reusable operating practices that reduce fragmentation • Sets executive decision points by presenting options, recommendations, and consequences on scope, funding, priorities, and risk tradeoffs for complex engineering and systems initiatives • Manages leadership capability and talent outcomes across the portfolio by calibrating performance, building succession pipelines, and making talent decisions that strengthen organizational capacity over time

• Develop service-oriented software using C# using .NET • Demonstrated experience using agentic AI as a fundamental tool integrated into daily workflows • Be involved primarily in the service and database layers of the software • Analyze, create and review functional requirements for products based on use cases described by Product Management • Ensure the product’s scalability, reliability, consistency, and performance • Collaborate with other cross-functional team members to support the operation and maintenance of products • Analyze complex software systems and collaborate with others to support the operation and maintenance of products and improve the quality of those systems • Collaborate with other team members, teams, and stakeholders in the design, implementation, and maintenance of product functionality, creating efficient, reliable, reusable, and performant code • Propose and evaluate technical solutions as part of research spikes and AI driven design • Review, debug, and provide feedback on code written by other team members

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Ruby/Rails, TypeScript/Node, and Python services and RESTful or gRPC APIs that integrate with agentic GenAI systems • Optimize MongoDB and PostgreSQL queries and service performance • Collaborate with cross-functional squads to define requirements and deliver features • You will work on AI Agents, MCP servers and various other AI enabled tools and frameworks and so must be comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly evolving technologies • Identify and drive process, architecture, and toolchain improvements • Mentor junior engineers (code reviews, pair-programming etc) • Serve as a technical lead for complex projects, balancing scope, risk, and not compromising deliverable quality.
