• Understand, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications and implement that requirements understanding in the architecture solutions and specifications; • Customize and use the architecture, modelling or design tools to develop; • Design the required conceptual architecture models using client’s architectural standard tools, define the components of the solution, and analyze the components from existing systems that can be reused. • Design, develop, test and deploy customized artefacts (reports, data export and import scripts, diagrams and objects layouts and design, tool configuration, etc.) according to a set of requirements; • Identify system, infrastructure and project interdependencies and balance competing demands to ensure project deliverables are achieved; • Assess the usage of the client’s modelling tools and advice on governance, conventions, procedures, methods, customizations and/or configurations that should ensure its most effective usage.

• Own RFP/Proposal pricing, scope of services, service level agreements, and operational assignments • Own sales presentation discussion/support for the system demo • Responsible for system demo preparation • Provide content and support for all presentation materials • Own preparation and performance of operations team members participating in sales activities • Own the Statement of Work through the contracting process • Influence operations team staffing based on client scope and design requirements • Provide oversight through implementation to ensure alignment of scope to delivery

• Spearhead technical customer engagements for hyperscale data centers • Lead customer-facing engineering functions, site tours, technical calls, and design reviews • Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with key technical decision-makers • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams • Work closely with sales, product development, engineering, and operations teams • Assist in developing and delivering compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations

• Pre-sales solution engineering: Support and lead pre-sales activities for contact centre opportunities built on Amazon Connect and Cisco contact centre technologies. • Customer engagement: Work closely with sales teams and customers to understand business requirements, position solutions effectively, and support opportunities throughout the sales cycle. • Solution demonstrations: Design, configure, customise, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments tailored to customer use cases. • RFPs and technical proposals: Contribute to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), tenders, scope of work documentation, and professional services effort estimation. • AWS Contact Centre technologies: Build and demonstrate Amazon Connect solutions and related AI-driven customer engagement features including Amazon Lex, Contact Lens, and Bedrock. • Cisco Contact Centre solutions: Support Cisco contact centre opportunities involving technologies such as Webex Contact Center (WxCC), Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), and Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX).
