• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or industry verticals. Utilize market research, networking, and cold-calling techniques to generate leads and establish initial contact with potential clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision makers. Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively propose tailored data and AI solutions that address their business requirements. • Collaborate with technical teams to present comprehensive product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of our Data and AI solutions. Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales to achieve revenue targets. • Manage sales pipeline and ensure all opportunities are accurately tracked and updated in CRM systems. Forecast sales projections and provide regular reports on progress to sales management. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to Data and AI. Leverage this knowledge to position our offerings effectively and differentiate ourselves from competitors. • Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Provide valuable feedback from the field to influence product development and marketing initiatives. • You will act as a strategic advisor and confidante to the CEO providing insight and analysis while participating in decision-making at the highest levels. Your role will bridge the gap between big picture strategy and operational execution. • You will coordinate closely with senior leadership across departments to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities. Additionally, you will help streamline efforts across the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • You will take charge of crucial projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the company’s mission and financial objectives. Your oversight will require a keen eye for detail and an adeptness in managing cross-functional teams. • You will serve as the crucial point of communication for internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively will maintain transparency and foster strong relationships within and outside the company. • Architect and evolve the end-to-end NexusOne platform across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments, tailored to customer requirements and constraints. • Design and designate integration points for data services, pipelines, orchestration, governance, and security layers. • Translate solution requests and business requirements into scalable, compliant architecture blueprints. • Lead and participate in Architecture Review Boards (ARBs) to align deployments with enterprise standards. • Define and maintain reference architectures, design patterns, and integration frameworks. • Guide platform engineers and client teams in implementing best practices for security, observability, and reliability. • Oversee the selection, integration, and tuning of open-source components such as Airflow, Spark, Trino, YuniKorn, Superset, S3, NiFi, Ranger, and DataHub. • Partner with product and engineering leadership to evolve the NexusOne “North Star” architecture and roadmap. • Mentor engineers and collaborate with DevOps, Security, and DataOps to drive alignment and platform maturity.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support issues related to NexusOne — including platform components, data services, integrations, and operational workflows. • Diagnose and resolve issues across distributed systems (e.g., Spark, Trino, Airflow, NiFi, Ranger, Iceberg, DataHub). • Troubleshoot and triage platform errors, pipeline failures, configuration issues, and infrastructure-related incidents. • Partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams to support customer onboarding, environment setup, and production readiness. • Provide hands-on assistance during customer deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes. • Maintain and monitor internal NexusOne environments used for development, QA, demo, and customer replication. • Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, document findings, and implement corrective actions. • Identify recurring issues and product gaps; share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams supporting new and existing customer pursuits to articulate NX1 capabilities/differentiators, define solution options/benefits, and identify modernization opportunities for client-specific workloads • Propose solution architecture and articulate benefits of NX1 for complex data driven workloads • Oversee initial customer onboarding ensuring automation, repeatability, and standardization across customer base • Act as a key product stakeholder contributing to the product roadmap, prioritization, and architecture definition. • Work closely with NX1 Product and Architecture team to define, design, and implement new Control Plane product features and entitlements • Contribute to NX1 and industry thought leadership and marketing content • Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on data analytics tools and best practices. • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and open-source tools. • Develop standards, patterns, best practices, and formal training (boot camps) for internal engineers and client-facing delivery teams
