Role Description The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and successfully delivering medium-to-large technology projects that support the company's organizational strategy, functional needs, and the IT department's operational outcomes. This role manages the full project lifecycle, including: - Demand intake - Business case scoping - Requirements - Delivery execution - Change management - Communication and stakeholder management - Stabilization The IT Project Manager partners closely with business unit owners, IT leadership, technical architects, and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into executable roadmaps that deliver value and drive accountability throughout execution.
