People Business Partner
SYSPRO
• Provide end-to-end HR support for employees and leaders. • Partner closely with senior leaders to align people priorities with business objectives. • Manage HR responsibilities that span multiple U.S. states, ensuring compliance with varying employment laws. • Shape and influence culture, engagement, talent, and organizational initiatives within the supported group. • Represent U.S. needs, risks, and opportunities within the regional and global People strategy. • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations and advising on U.S. employment law matters.
- Experience with labor and employee relations (ER/LR) in the U.S.
- Experience supporting teams across multiple states or regions.
- Experience with HR or payroll platforms; familiarity with Deel is a plus.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
