Role Description We're looking for a skilled Workday Technical expert to join our team. The role involves: - Designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations across Financial and related modules. - Building and supporting integrations using: - EIB (inbound/outbound, user template setup, mass uploads) - Core Connectors - Benefits Connectors - PECI integrations - Workday Studio and Document Transformation - Developing, customizing, and maintaining Workday reports including advanced and BIRT reports. - Configuring and managing Business Process Framework (BPF). - Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions. - Providing ongoing support and enhancements for existing integrations and reports. - Uploading and managing system content (e.g., questionnaires, onboarding templates). - Troubleshooting integration and system issues, ensuring timely resolution. - Maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday. - Working within ITSM processes (incident, change, and problem management). - Coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Supporting deployments and releases in alignment with project timelines. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Requirements - Total experience of 4+ years. - Strong hands-on experience in Workday Technical with Integration. - Strong expertise in Workday Financials. - Proven experience with: - Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Studio) - Report development (Advanced, Matrix, BIRT) - Business Process configurations - Working knowledge of Workday security and access control. - Familiarity with integration tools and data transformation techniques. - Understanding of ITSM frameworks and ticketing systems. - Exposure to additional modules such as Compensation, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, or LMS (preferred). - Workday Certification (good to have). - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in US overlap shift (1 PM – 10 PM IST). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Role Description We are looking for a Senior High-Speed SerDes Design Engineer who enjoys solving some of the toughest challenges in analog/mixed-signal IC design. If you have hands-on experience designing high-speed SerDes, PLLs, TX/RX data paths, and have worked through the realities of advanced process nodes (5nm and below), we would love to connect. You will be part of a highly skilled engineering team developing next-generation high-performance silicon where speed, power, jitter, and reliability matter. What You’ll Do - Design and develop advanced High-Speed SerDes circuits, including PLL, TX, RX, and CDR architectures. - Perform transistor-level design, simulation, verification, and silicon debug. - Optimize designs for power, performance, jitter, signal integrity, and area. - Collaborate closely with layout, digital design, validation, and system engineering teams. - Participate in silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation activities. Qualifications - BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field. - 8+ years of hands-on analog/mixed-signal IC design experience. - Strong expertise in High-Speed SerDes, PLL, TX/RX circuits, and CDR design. - Proven experience working with 5nm and below process technologies. - Tapeout experience with advanced nodes using TSMC, Samsung Foundry, or GlobalFoundries. - Proficiency with industry-standard tools including Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and Calibre. - Silicon debug, validation, and bring-up experience are highly desirable. • Lead and manage the Transportation Design Division, including project managers and design staff • Oversee multiple transportation design projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance • Serve as a senior client contact for transportation-related work • Support and drive business development efforts, including client relationships and pursuits • Collaborate with leadership to grow the transportation division and expand market presence • Mentor and develop staff, fostering a strong team culture and technical excellence • Ensure consistent application of QA/QC processes and high-quality project delivery • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in project oversight
