• Under limited direction, perform a variety of complex engineering assignments requiring in-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and industrial engineering • Act as a Core Team Leader/Project Manager leading a team of diverse experiences and disciplines towards the successful design, manufacturing, and commercialization of new products • Adhere to and follow a Stage Gate development process to ensure products are well designed and manufactured according to highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory codes • Proactively seek and implement initiatives to improve operations and increase customer satisfaction • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives • Design systems to meet customer specifications and business needs • Develop complex product designs and systems, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations • Implement processes to enhance product performance and streamline development cycles • Communicate complex technical data to stakeholders • Coordinate with external suppliers and partners for successful product development • Coach junior engineers and team members • Deliver continuous improvement initiatives in engineering practices • Make formal technical presentations to customers and at industry forums

Role Description Perform Client standards and alignment reviews and work proactively towards aligning Clients that are misaligned against our Company standards. Maintain & Develop Company standards and best practices. This position reports directly to the Alignment Engineering Manager.
