Commercial Learning & Development Program Manager

DAWAR CONSULTING INC

• Coordinate leadership development programs, including training sessions, cohort communications, sustainment activities, and learner engagement. • Support development and delivery of training focused on communication, coaching, analytics, peer leadership, and leadership capabilities. • Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, action items, and status updates. • Coordinate training logistics, meetings, workshops, communications, and reporting. • Track attendance, learner feedback, completion metrics, and program impact. • Partner with Compliance, Legal, internal training teams, and external vendors to ensure programs are effective and compliant. • Facilitate training calls, meetings, and workshops as needed. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Leadership Development, and/or Program/Project Management.
  • Strong project coordination, organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and similar collaboration/project management platforms.
