• Coach and Train Counselors: Mentor and develop our teaching staff, ensuring they grasp the purpose behind each activity and properly implement protocols to create a fun and safe camp environment. • Nurture and Support Campers and Their Families: Build nurturing and supportive relationships with NORY campers and their families to enhance the camp experience for everyone involved. • Operations Management: Efficiently oversee and manage all aspects of camp operations including materials, facilities, and daily schedules. • Administrative Oversight: Keep accurate and up-to-date administrative records for all aspects of the camp, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. • Teach a Class When Needed: Lead camp activities or classes to ensure a high-quality experience for campers when needed.

Job Requirements

  • You have experience managing and coaching a team of 4+ teachers and fostering a positive team environment.
  • You have a track record of building strong relationships with families in a camp or educational setting.
  • You have more than 5 years of experience teaching 3-12-year-old children in any subject or discipline, preferably with a focus on STEM.
  • You demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adopt new technology and skills.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Director in North America who is a strategic architect and operational leader. The Supply Chain Director will design, globalize, and execute the next generation of transport, biosecurity, and gene dissemination services within our Global Supply Chain (GSC). This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on the safe, efficient, and bio secure movement of elite pig genetics worldwide. This position will be responsible for: - Owning and deploying a Transport Excellence Operating Model that defines the global standard for live animal logistics, genetic dissemination, and transport biosecurity. - Providing enterprise-level strategy while enabling regionally executable, risk-mitigated transport systems that protect animal health, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable scalable global growth. - Translating strategy into disciplined execution, mentoring and elevating the teams within GSC Services, and embedding continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across transport, export, and biosecurity operations. The successful candidate is able to work in a culturally diverse, fast-paced environment, including the ability to multi-task and anticipate needs while managing competing priorities and maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in written form, as well as organizational skills are pivotal to succeed in this role. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $165,000 USD. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
