Role Description We are looking for an experienced Sr Lead PeopleSoft Developer to join a fast-paced team with excellent learning and career growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and proven experience leading development, enhancements, upgrades, and integration projects. - Responsible for complex hands-on development, management, and implementation of change requests in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, specifically General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Assets - Lead custom PeopleSoft bolt-on development and advanced functionality enhancements - Review business requirements and collaborate with business partners, systems analysts, and subject matter experts to design technical solutions and estimate work efforts Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 - Strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Assets modules - 10+ years of overall software development experience - Strong experience with PeopleTools 8.6X or higher - Experience in PeopleSoft upgrades, patching, and code retrofit Requirements - Experience with web service integrations - Exposure to Kafka, Kubernetes, or Snowflake is a plus - Experience with SAP Ariba P2P integrations is preferred - Strong experience in performance tuning and batch process optimization - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Role Description Syllo is seeking a Director, Value Engineering to help law firms and corporations realize the full value of the unified Syllo platform. Reporting to the EVP of GTM and working closely with Sales, Sales Directors, and the Managing Director, Sales, this leader will build the financial and strategic narrative behind Syllo's platform — from profitability modeling and deal scoping to executive-level briefings with our most sophisticated clients. - Quantify value: Partner directly with the sales team to build and present tailored profitability and ROI models that quantify the value of Syllo's platform. - Conduct deep discovery: Perform in-depth discovery into a prospect's current workflows, cost structure, and case economics, translating findings into compelling, data-backed business cases. - Deliver executive briefings: Design and deliver executive-level briefings and business case presentations for C-suite and Big Four-caliber decision-makers at law firms and corporations. - Scope and structure deals: Help Sales appropriately scope and structure deals, ensuring pricing and packaging align with the value delivered and each client's success criteria. - Scale value selling: Build reusable value frameworks, ROI calculators, and business case templates to scale value-selling across the sales organization. - Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure value messaging is consistent from first pitch through renewal and expansion. - Serve as a trusted advisor: Help strategic accounts build internal buy-in and secure budget for their Syllo investment. - Refine frameworks: Continuously refine value models based on deal outcomes, client feedback, and evolving market dynamics. • Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models supporting Territory and Quota Planning as well as Incentive Compensation Management • Lead model building efforts end to end, including: requirements gathering, design, development, UAT, training, and production support • Utilize Anaplan architecture best practices (DISCO, ALM, UX, performance) • Improve existing models with a focus on performance, usability, auditability, and long-term scalability • Identify feature gaps or planning process inefficiencies within the sales organization • Design and oversee multi-model, multi-workspace architectures that scale with the business • Define end-to-end data flows, integrations, and system dependencies • Partner with IT and Data teams to design governed integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP) • Own model lifecycle management, versioning, and technical governance • Evaluate new Anaplan capabilities and drive architectural evolution
