Marketing Technology Project Manager United States Freelance Remote $40 - $45 /hr Marketing Technology Project Manager Position Overview Creative Circle is seeking a Marketing Technology Enablement Manager to support a leading financial services organization. This role will support the administration, optimization, governance, and day-to-day operations of advisor-facing marketing technology platforms. These tools may include platforms such as Hearsay, Yext, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ansira, or equivalent marketing collateral portals, social media tools, local listings platforms, advisor profile tools, and other technologies that help advisors activate compliant marketing programs. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting marketing technology platforms used by distributed field, advisor, agent, or sales teams. This person should be able to manage platform configurations, user access, vendor coordination, reporting, issue resolution, support processes, documentation, and compliance-sensitive workflows. Experience in financial services or another regulated industry would be helpful. This is a remote (EST/CST working hours), 40-hour-per-week contract position through the end of 2026, with a very high likelihood of extending through 2027. Key Responsibilities - Administer and support advisor-facing marketing technology platforms, including social media, local listings, profile management, sales enablement, and marketing collateral tools. - Manage user access, configurations, workflows, permissions, and platform governance. - Serve as a key liaison with platform vendors, internal business teams, and technical stakeholders. - Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolution of user requests. - Develop and maintain reporting, scorecards, and usage metrics to measure adoption and effectiveness. - Support compliance-sensitive marketing workflows and ensure platforms align with business and regulatory requirements. - Gather business requirements and recommend platform enhancements and process improvements. - Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and support resources to improve user adoption. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience supporting marketing technology, sales enablement, or field marketing platforms. - Experience administering platforms used by distributed sales, advisor, agent, or field marketing teams. - Strong platform operations experience, including user management, configuration, workflow administration, and issue resolution. - Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social media publishing platforms, local listings tools, marketing collateral portals, or similar technologies. - Ability to build reports, analyze usage data, and provide actionable insights. - Strong business analysis, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications - Financial services experience strongly preferred. - Experience supporting regulated industries and compliance-driven marketing environments. - Vendor management and platform implementation experience.
