• Manage multiple large and complex projects with multiple diverse stakeholders • Manage all phases of a project in accordance with the Cority Implementation Methodology • Ownership of ensuring completion of all deliverables required as defined by the Cority Implementation Methodology and customer project plan • Manage and promote effective key strategic internal and external relationships with project stakeholders, management and delivery teams • Manage client expectations with respect to forecasted effort, duration, and costs of a project or program • Independently work with Cority sales team to identify customer project requirements to support accurate engagement scoping • Facilitate creation of change orders and associated effort and cost • Independently coordinate multi-disciplined team of Professional Services Consultants, Developers and Client Resources to successfully implement Cority software for clients • Manage change processes and effectively communicate the impact to the client • Develop detailed project schedules in collaboration with team members • Self-sufficient in the creation and maintenance of project schedules accommodating unique project requirements • Develop, monitor and control project deliverables, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered with high quality, within budget, and on time • Proactively, identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues • Hold status meetings and effectively and efficiently communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders • Proactively identify opportunities to accelerate project progress

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery. • Ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction through effective project management. • Manage project initiation activities, which include the identification of contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situations, and necessary contacts. Gain access to existing information as needed. • Develop, define, and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. • Identify needed resources for projects while defining and assigning major project roles. • Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments, and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals, and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope. • Assign and monitor the work of the project team, providing technical and analytical support and direction. • Interface with clients on technical matters as needed. • Manage project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope, and quality) are achieved. • Assist with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed. • Manage the integration of vendor/subcontractor tasks as well as track and review vendor/subcontractor deliverables, if appropriate for the project. • Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams and vendor/subcontractor organizations to ensure all project targets and requirements are met. • Conduct project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation, and ongoing activities. This includes completing a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement. • Directly oversee employees assigned to the project.  Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. • Identify project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement.  Recommends and implements solutions. • Utilize Ahead systems (PSA, etc.) to maintain updated project information. • Assist in presales efforts including OA, SOWs, and customer presentations. • Develop customer relationships and aid in identifying additional sales opportunities.

• Manage daily operations of the spill response call and triage center. • Ensure 24/7 staffing coverage and escalation procedures are maintained. • Oversee incident intake, documentation, prioritization, and dispatch activities. • Monitor response times and service level performance metrics. • Coordinate deployment of field personnel, subcontractors, and resources during emergency response activities. • Act as a primary point of contact for clients during spill response events. • Develop and maintain call center procedures, workflows, and quality assurance programs. • Analyze response trends and provide operational improvement recommendations. • Manage spill response projects from initiation through closeout in the company platform. • Track project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations. • Develop project status reports and performance dashboards. • Coordinate cross-functional resources to support emergency response and environmental projects. • Maintain project documentation and regulatory records. • Monitor driver performance through the Azuga fleet management platform. • Review driving behaviors including speeding, harsh braking, acceleration, distracted driving, seat belt usage, and other safety indicators. • Identify high-risk trends and implement corrective action programs. • Generate and distribute fleet safety reports and key performance indicators. • Partner with supervisors to improve driver safety performance and regulatory compliance. • Support vehicle incident reviews and root cause investigations. • Provide health and safety guidance and support to field personnel nationwide. • Chair national safety committee specific large client. • Assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of company health and safety programs. • Assure safety protocols are in place to address long worker requirements. • Conduct incident, near-miss, and vehicle accident investigations. • Track corrective actions and ensure timely completion. • Coordinate safety training, toolbox talks, and employee safety communications. • Support regulatory compliance with applicable OSHA, DOT, and environmental requirements. • Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), and site-specific safety plans. • Participate in emergency preparedness and response planning activities. • Maintain accurate operational, safety, and response records. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on call center performance, response metrics, and safety performance. • Support internal and external audits. • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, subconsultants and agencies to ensure seamless project delivery. • Successfully lead projects from initial setup, design, planning, safety analysis, and project kick-off. • Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications for precast projects aligned with industry design standards. • Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to stay on plan. • Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout. • Lead transportation and underground structures precast design projects, ensuring compliance with industry, regulation, and safety standards. • Support the preparation of project proposals by collaborating with senior staff and technical teams. • Coordinate with design teams to develop detailed plans, specifications, drawings and bid packages. • Perform technical reviews and provide guidance to resolve design challenges. • Manage a project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure project milestones are met. • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
