Project Manager, Operations

• Lead end-to-end operational projects, from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholders remain aligned. • Partner with Operations, Product Development, Finance, Customer Experience, Marketing, and external vendors to deliver key business initiatives. • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, documentation, workflows, and team efficiency. • Support the rollout and optimization of operational systems, software, and tools, coordinating testing, training, and adoption. • Own the product launch timeline from concept to launch, holding cross-functional stakeholders accountable to milestones, and coordinating operational readiness for new sales channels, warehouse initiatives, and strategic business projects. • Lead recurring cross-functional review meetings to track launch progress, surface risks early, and hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines and deliverables. • Build project plans, status updates, risk logs, and executive reporting that provide clear visibility into priorities and progress. • Help teams navigate operational change by creating documentation, facilitating communication, and ensuring successful implementation. • Analyze operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and lead initiatives that improve speed, quality, scalability, and customer experience. • Partner directly with suppliers, 3PLs, technology partners, and freight providers to ensure production and delivery timelines support launch dates, proactively identifying and resolving delays. • Maintain project documentation, SOPs, meeting notes, decision logs, and implementation plans to support long-term operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in project management, operations, supply chain, consulting, or a related operational role within a high-growth business.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously from planning through execution.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to coordinate across multiple teams and levels of leadership.
  • Experience building project plans, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and proactively identifying risks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong comfort learning new systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Experience supporting operations, supply chain, inventory, logistics, or eCommerce environments is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience managing new product development (NPD) or product launch timelines from concept through market launch is considered a strong asset.
  • PMP certification or formal project management training is considered an asset.
