• Serve as the primary technical lead for Coupa and related procurement technologies • Combine hands-on technical expertise with solution design, integration leadership, and strategic guidance • Support business operations, platform enhancements, and future-state initiatives • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technology vendors • Clearly communicate technical concepts, provide guidance, and lead problem-solving efforts
Job Requirements
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Coupa platform
- Extensive experience in Supplier Information Management (SIM), supplier master data, and procure-to-pay processes
- Proven ability to configure Coupa workflows, forms, business rules, and related data structures
- Proven experience designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting integrations (APIs, middleware, data mapping) between Coupa and other enterprise systems
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system designs
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or other ERP platforms supporting procurement, finance, and supplier management processes
- Experience supporting procurement technology modernization, platform migrations, or ERP transformation initiatives
- Participation in both internal and external meetings via video calls
