Role Description At INFUSE Academy, we build learning experiences that work. We are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of design craft and AI experimentation -- a person who does not wait to be handed a process but builds one, tests it until it holds, and then scales it across the team. This is not a traditional design role. It is part R&D, part operations, part education. Qualifications - Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop - Solid foundation in composition, typography, and color theory - Experience with data visualization and visual storytelling - A genuine AI enthusiasm: you follow the space, you experiment independently, and you think in systems - Ability to move from testing to documentation to teaching without losing momentum - Strong self-organization -- you can run an open-ended initiative with minimal direction Requirements - Research and test AI tools relevant to learning content production - Refine workflows until output quality meets the bar, then document and standardize them - Train the production team on new tools and processes you have validated - Build courses and learning assets using the workflows you develop - Own the full cycle: strategy, testing, operationalization, and delivery Benefits - A fun, diverse team of professionals from every corner of the globe - A never-ending learning journey (because who wants to stop growing?) - Career growth opportunities with regular reviews, your success is our success! - Timely, market-range compensation (we make sure your wallet’s happy, too) - Paid time off for U.S. public holidays, because rest is as important as work - Summer Fridays with shorter hours, because everyone deserves a little sunshine - Access to top-tier tools, so you can create like a pro

• Your own participants: You mentor a fixed group of participants, know their strengths, spot where they’re stuck, and actively guide them through the course. • Teaching AI-assisted development: You demonstrate how modern tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT can be used effectively in daily development — from good prompting through code generation to critically reviewing AI output. • 1:1 mentoring: Regular sessions that aren’t run from a script but are tailored precisely to each participant’s current status and challenges. • Code review & feedback: Honest, constructive feedback on submitted assignments — so real coding skills develop and existing skills grow. • Documentation: You record progress and session content so the learning path remains transparent and nothing gets lost. • Shaping the curriculum: You provide feedback on our learning materials and help improve them — especially where AI changes content faster than traditional curricula can keep up. • Team collaboration: You are part of a committed education team and exchange insights weekly with other mentors and experts about participants and course content.

Role Description Lead innovation and knowledge strategy for CX (Customer Experience) Learning & Enablement by defining knowledge architecture, implementing AI and workflow intelligence solutions, and driving automation across the content lifecycle. Combine product, data and learning expertise to deliver modern, searchable, and integrated knowledge experiences that reduce friction for learners, support agents and partners. Core Responsibilities: - Define and own the knowledge architecture and taxonomy strategy for CX learning and enablement content (including canonical content models, metadata standards, and governance). - Design and implement generative AI/RAG solutions, intelligent search, conversational assistants, and contextual learning surfaces that integrate with product workflows and frontline tools. - Own strategy and execution for content lifecycle automation and integrations (CMS ↔ LMS ↔ KM ↔ product docs ↔ translation pipelines), improving authoring, review, and publishing velocity. - Act as technical product owner for integrations and tooling (content APIs, search, knowledge base platforms, LLM infra), coordinate with Product Engineering and P&E for secure, scalable deployments. - Drive experimentation and pilot programs to validate AI/automation use cases (e.g., auto-summary, auto-tagging, content recommendations, test generation). Evaluate vendors and open-source approaches; manage POC lifecycle. - Implement measurement frameworks for knowledge efficacy: search success, answer relevance, RAG precision/recall, content reuse, time to publish, and impact on case deflection and support outcomes. - Build data governance practices for content/AI (bias, privacy, provenance, feedback loops). - Collaborate with Curriculum Development, Learning Business Partners, Adoption & Value, and Support to ensure innovation projects map to clear business outcomes. Qualifications - 8+ years’ experience in knowledge management, product/technical program management, or AI/data product roles with at least 3+ years leading teams or programs. - Practical experience deploying enterprise AI/search/KM solutions (LLM/RAG, vector search, knowledge graphs, conversational AI) and implementing integrations between LMS/CMS/KM systems. - Strong technical literacy: APIs, data modeling, metadata/taxonomy design, and vendor evaluation for AI/KM tooling. - Experience working with engineering/product teams to bring technical solutions to production.
