• Deliver regular live teaching sessions for adult learners • Teach topics such as frontend, backend, APIs, databases, software architecture, and AI-assisted development processes • Prepare and continuously develop lesson plans, exercises, and practical projects • Support participants with technical questions, learning progress, and project work • Optional: Support participant mentoring, feedback sessions, and professional guidance • Optional: Improve existing learning materials, assignments, and course content

• Your own participants: You mentor assigned participants, know their strengths, identify where they’re stuck, and actively guide them through the course • 1:1 mentoring: You hold regular sessions with participants — not one-size-fits-all, but tailored to their current level and challenges • Code review & assignment checks: You provide honest, constructive feedback on submitted assignments and help build and expand real coding skills • Documentation: You record progress and session content so nothing is lost and the learning path remains transparent • Curriculum optimization: You provide feedback on learning materials and help improve them • Team collaboration: You are part of a committed education team and exchange weekly with other mentors and experts about participants and course content

• Conduct initial conversations with prospective candidates and assess suitability • Evaluate technical background and learning potential • Guide candidates through the decision-making process • Inform prospects about the program in a persuasive and transparent manner • Bring understanding of IT roles and job market requirements • Monitor the application funnel and propose optimizations • Refine screening criteria, interview guides, and processes
