• Build and lead the platform engineering team, owning hiring, performance, and career growth to scale the team for a growing engineering org while holding a high technical and culture bar. • Own the infrastructure roadmap and technical strategy, turning product and business needs into a prioritized backlog and documented architecture decisions that balance speed, cost, and reliability. • Accelerate engineering velocity by driving self-service infrastructure, CI/CD optimization for the monorepo, and developer tooling that cuts deployment time to minutes. • Raise the reliability and security bar with zero-trust IAM, observability across tier-1 services, proactive alerting, and blameless incident and post-mortem practices, working toward multi-region readiness and institutional-grade SLOs. • Partner with product, protocol, and business teams to represent platform engineering in planning, translate infrastructure trade-offs into business impact, and keep the platform enabling rather than gating product delivery. • Set the engineering culture by example through clear architecture docs, infrastructure-as-code standards, and mentorship that helps engineers grow and ship with confidence.

• Build enrichment waterfalls, lead scoring models, and CRM sync pipelines with deduplication logic in Clay. Own the quality and reliability of data flowing into our GTM systems from prospecting sources. • Administer Gong, build Flows and coaching triggers, and surface deal risk signals directly in Salesforce. Help revenue leadership turn conversation data into actionable insights. • Ship AI-powered automations, including outreach generation, call summaries, and ICP scoring, using LLM APIs integrated into Clay, Salesforce, and Outreach. Identify new opportunities to apply AI across the GTM motion. • Own CRM data quality end-to-end, including validation rules, deduplication, enrichment refresh cycles, and maintaining a GTM data dictionary. Data health is a metric you're accountable to. • Build event-driven automations across the GTM stack and own the integration layer between Salesforce, Clay, Gong, and other revenue tools. When systems don't talk to each other, you fix that. • We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. You should already be using AI meaningfully in your work and understand where it adds value and how it can improve the way you operate.

• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and resilient platform services, APIs, and data pipelines. • Own architecture for complex, cross-cutting systems and define the interfaces and contracts other teams depend on. • Provide technical oversight and lead design for complex projects that span multiple teams. • Review functional and technical requirements to identify gaps and limitations, propose simplifications, and communicate ideas effectively with cross-functional teams. • Mentor and coach engineers, promoting best practices in security, operational excellence, and cloud-native development. • Contribute to platform-wide initiatives, aligning technical strategy with business goals across BeyondTrust. • Drive quality, observability, and performance across the services your team owns. • Help resolve ambiguity to ensure work is properly defined, scoped, and sequenced.

• Set and drive technical direction and architecture across the NHI Governance domain and its integration with shared platform services. • Own the most complex, high-risk, and cross-cutting technical initiatives end to end, from ambiguous problem to delivered system. • Define the standards, interfaces, and contracts that multiple teams and products depend on, and shepherd their adoption. • Partner with product, design, and peer engineering leaders to align technical strategy with business goals across BeyondTrust. • Act as a force multiplier — mentoring staff and senior engineers, raising the technical bar, and improving how the organization builds. • Lead design reviews and make the critical build/buy and architectural trade-off decisions. • Drive quality, security, observability, and performance as first-class concerns across the domain. • Resolve ambiguity at the largest scope, ensuring the right problems are framed, sequenced, and solved.
