• Set and drive technical direction and architecture across the NHI Governance domain and its integration with shared platform services. • Own the most complex, high-risk, and cross-cutting technical initiatives end to end, from ambiguous problem to delivered system. • Define the standards, interfaces, and contracts that multiple teams and products depend on, and shepherd their adoption. • Partner with product, design, and peer engineering leaders to align technical strategy with business goals across BeyondTrust. • Act as a force multiplier — mentoring staff and senior engineers, raising the technical bar, and improving how the organization builds. • Lead design reviews and make the critical build/buy and architectural trade-off decisions. • Drive quality, security, observability, and performance as first-class concerns across the domain. • Resolve ambiguity at the largest scope, ensuring the right problems are framed, sequenced, and solved.

• Play a crucial role in optimizing and managing utility systems across our facilities • Troubleshoot and improve existing systems • Implement new projects and provide guidance on regulatory matters • Support all US Fresh and Packaged Meat Facilities as required • Work directly with facilities teams and project engineering on developing Capital Infrastructure Plans • Engage professional refrigeration engineering resources during design and development of projects • Assist in developing designs including selecting equipment, obtaining quotes, and scheduling work as requested
