Job Description

Program Manager – Hospitality Services

Penn Information Systems & Computing

• Acts as primary customer-facing role for University Club, handling inquiries, membership sales, and budgeting • Manages University Club email account to resolve issues and respond to inquiries • Ensures budgetary compliance and revenue growth for the University Club • Oversees Penn Mentor Meal Program, managing emails and reservations • Responsible for development of Penn Dining Special events and vending machine contracts • Collaborates with General Manager on summer programs and conferences • Manages University Club website and creates custom web registrations • Monitors student satisfaction in dining cafés and implements dining policies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 to 3 years of experience, or equivalent knowledge/education/experience
  • 2 to 3 years of related work experience, preferably in a university setting
  • Prior Food & Beverage/Culinary experience and/or Program Management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated administrative and customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
  • High level of professionalism with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Advanced skills in computer software, including web applications and office packages (Word, Excel)

Role Description CIMT College is looking for someone to teach the Community Serv.& Addictions Worker program. This program is registered with the Ministry of Colleges and Universities. The successful candidate would be required to follow CIMT College’s policies and procedures. Courseware, resources, evaluations, and daily lesson plans are provided in an Instructor Manual. The Instructor is responsible for following the provided instructor manuals and using the resource materials to train students with the required knowledge and skills to prepare them for employment in the field. CIMT College places a premium on professional conduct, combined with excellence in classroom instruction, with primary emphasis on hands-on training.
