Role Description We are hiring an Event Manager to join our Intellectual Property team at Clarivate. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of trade shows and events that support our strategic business objectives and strengthen customer engagement. You will oversee all event-related activities, including: - Identifying and assessing new trade show opportunities - Managing exhibits, displays, and event signage - Partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver successful, high-impact experiences Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience - 5+ years of experience in corporate events - Experience in B2B tradeshow events (preferred) - Experience in the Intellectual Property, legal, tech, or finance space (preferred) Requirements - Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing and business goals - Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop event concepts and strategies - Manage event budgets, ensuring that all activities are completed within financial constraints - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of services - Develop event timelines and project plans, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines - Oversee the logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, audio/visual requirements, catering, and transportation - Lead post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from stakeholders and using insights to improve future events Benefits - Competitive remuneration package - Medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage - Life insurance - 401k with match - Long-term disability coverage - Vacation and sick time - Volunteer time - Discount programs - Bonus earnings eligibility
