• Acquire and expand high-priority enterprise and AI-lab accounts, carrying commercial responsibility • Build relationships with senior technical leaders and C-suite executives at blue-chip organizations • Help build the early go-to-market playbook, from ICP definition to account penetration strategy • Operate with high agency and ownership in a fast-moving, less-structured environment • Drive significant commercial impact on large, fast-closing deals

• Architect and execute a scalable strategy for the business application stack (including but not limited to Salesforce, Zendesk, Projector PSA, HubSpot, Smartsheet, PandaDoc). • Provide functional leadership to a distributed team of business analysts, system administrators, and technical engineers; set priorities, manage performance objectives and technical skills development. • Partner with executive stakeholders across business units to translate operational workflows into secure, automated system configurations. • Manage software procurement cycles, vendor contract negotiations, license utilization metrics, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analytics. • Enforce compliance with corporate information security policies, identity access management (IAM) frameworks, and global consumer privacy laws.

• Leads operational oversight and governance of variable compensation programs across automated and non-automated compensation workflows, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely payouts in accordance with plan provisions • Serves as the senior escalation point for complex compensation issues • Establishes and monitors operational controls, review procedures, documentation standards, and audit-ready practices • Reviews and oversees monthly variable compensation calculations, reconciliations, adjustments, and payout reporting across responsible workstreams • Partners with Sales, Finance, and leadership to support implementation and administration of commission and incentive plans • Identifies, evaluates, and improves variable compensation processes • Develops and delivers compensation reporting, dashboards, and leadership insights

• Lead and supervise the testing and commissioning of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, including inverters, transformers, and BESS power distribution equipment. • Oversee the execution of NETA-based testing—such as Megger (insulation resistance), VOC Testing, VLF, and TTR—while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all performance validation. • Manage the startup, energization, and complex troubleshooting of AC and DC components, providing technical guidance to field technicians on solar and BESS sites. • Review and interpret complex electrical drawings, schematics, and one-line diagrams to verify installation quality and resolve critical field engineering issues. • Coordinate directly with construction leads, SCADA teams, and utility partners to ensure seamless system integration and communication protocols. • Review and finalize commissioning documentation, test results, and turnover packages to ensure they meet project milestones and industry standards. • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, electrical codes (NEC/NFPA 70E), and site-specific safety requirements across the commissioning team. • Manage and audit energy isolation procedures (LOTO) to ensure a zero-incident environment during the transition from construction to operations. • Assist the Commissioning Director in resource planning, scheduling, and progress reporting for multiple project sites.
