• Oversee and manage a portfolio of employee benefit implementations for smaller clients • Define employee benefit scope, objectives, and deliverables • Utilize software to manage and monitor comprehensive project plans and track progress • Identify launch risks and issues, implementing strategies for a successful launch • Communicate implementation status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders • Provide ongoing support for active clients regarding member eligibility files and benefits documentation • Document all client interactions, issues, and resolutions • Provide feedback to product and operations teams

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client services role and/or implementation role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to systematically investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and service-related issues
