Role Description Claims Department support with responsibility in providing expert knowledge in the various functions of Claims support including but not limited to coding and processing payments, recoveries, transcriptions, escheats and IRS data entry. Key Responsibilities - Provides Financial Claim Affidavits for Finance - Assists EPIC Help Desk and completes EPIC security and authority requests for Claims production support - Tests for IT when there are changes to EPIC - Provides knowledge to SOX and internal auditors about EPIC - Handles salvage and subrogation recoveries - Handles claims related to escheats and transcriptions - Provides MCCA (Michigan Catastrophic medical system) reporting for PIP - Provides CLUE corrections and disputes - Processes bulk payment entry, processing voids and IRS data entry (W9 and 1099s) Supervisory Responsibilities This job does not have supervisory duties.
