Role Description We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management & Insights Lead to strengthen and mature our Workforce Management function. This is a leadership role with hands-on accountability. - Lead a small team of Workforce Management Analysts - Own workforce analytics, forecasting, operational governance, and decision-ready reporting across a complex service delivery environment - Translate workforce data into meaningful insight for senior leaders - Ensure staffing aligns with service demand, funding constraints, industrial requirements, and workforce wellbeing - Balance operational oversight with analytical depth Qualifications - Tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Workforce Planning, Finance or similar - Demonstrated workforce management/analytics experience in a 24/7 or service delivery environment - Experience leading and developing small analytical or operational teams - Strong capability in forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce cost modelling - Advanced experience developing dashboards using Power BI (or equivalent BI tools) - Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate data into practical insight - Experience in health, mental health, not-for-profit, or other 24/7 environments will be highly regarded Requirements - Leading and developing a small WFM team within a shared capability model - Delivering accurate, timely workforce dashboards and reporting (Power BI or equivalent) - Workforce forecasting, capacity modelling, and labour cost analysis - Operational oversight of rostering, leave management, and workforce governance - Strengthening data integrity, compliance controls, and reporting standards - Partnering with Service Delivery, Finance, HR and IT to improve systems and processes Benefits - Permanent full-time position - Working from home - Salary Packaging benefits available
