Role Description - Steuern komplexe und teilweise mehrjährige SaaS-Implementierungsprojekte in der DACH-Region. - Verantwortung für Projektplanung, Budget, Ressourcen, Qualität und Zeitplan. - Fachliche Führung von multidisziplinären Projektteams aus IT-Spezialisten, Business Consultants und weiteren Fachbereichen. - Koordinieren der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den deutschen und niederländischen Teams. - Enger Austausch mit Entscheidern, Projektverantwortlichen und weiteren Stakeholdern auf Kundenseite. - Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Risiken und Abhängigkeiten sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungsmaßnahmen. - Schaffung klarer Strukturen, transparenter Kommunikation und verlässlicher Entscheidungen während des gesamten Projektverlaufs. - Begleitung der verschiedenen Projektphasen von Design und Entwicklung über Testing und Migration bis hin zur Implementierung. - Unterstützung während der Vertriebs- und Angebotsphase mit fachlicher und projektspezifischer Expertise. Qualifications - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in komplexen oder langfristigen Transformationsprojekten. - Fundierte Kenntnisse der Versicherungs-, Altersvorsorge- oder Pensionsbranche. - Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit der Implementierung von Software- oder SaaS-Lösungen. - Verständnis der wesentlichen Phasen eines Softwareprojekts, beispielsweise Design, Entwicklung, Testing, Migration und Implementierung. - Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung multidisziplinärer und internationaler Projektteams. - Souveränität im Umgang mit Budgets, Zeitplänen, Risiken und unterschiedlichen Stakeholder-Interessen. - Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise. - Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten. - Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Vertriebs- oder Angebotsprozessen. - Ausreichende Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache (in-company).
