• Consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that improves the value delivered by Gartner products and services • Manage your accounts toward an outcome of increased customer satisfaction and an increase in retention and account growth • Fulfill a quota responsibility of 1M+ of contract value within a territory of major client accounts • Handle forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

Job Requirements

  • 6 – 10 years of external experience with validated consultative sales
  • Proficiency in account planning and understanding territory management
  • Ability to prospect and run C-level and senior-level relationships within midsize and large organizations
  • Demonstrated intellect, drive, executive presence and sales acumen
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships through offering beneficial, insightful and strategic insights into their businesses
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills

UN Women Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (ROAP) addresses gender equality and women’s empowerment challenges in the Asia-Pacific region, including deeply embedded discriminatory social norms and practices that perpetuate inequalities based on gender and other intersectional identities (e.g. ethnicity, class, region, age, disability, migratory status, and sexual orientation and gender identity, among others). The Regional Office works across the following areas: Governance and Inter-governmental support (including on Gender Statistics); Women’s Economic Empowerment (including Migration, Ending Violence Against Women; Women, Peace and Security; Climate Change, Disaster Risk Reduction and Humanitarian Action. Covering 42 countries within Asia and the Pacific, it exercises its triple mandate and functions i.e. Normative, Coordination and high-quality programming at a regional level and in support of UN Women’s offices and UN Country Teams in 24 countries across the region. The senior consultant will work under the overall guidance of the Regional Director, and day-to-day operational oversight from the Regional HR Business Partner. Description of Responsibilities /Scope of Work - The consultant is expected to provide executive coaching sessions (usually one-hour per session) to Senior Managers in the Region, during a period of 12 months. - Through these coaching sessions, support is provided to the Senior Managers in managing their offices and teams transitions and at the time of change. Retainer Contract Under this retainer contract, the consultant will be contacted by UN Women for specific assignments, which the consultant may accept or decline to take. A rate will be agreed per coaching session (one hour) in the retainer contract in line with relevant UN Women policies. In discussion with the consultant, the number of coaching sessions is to be determined solely by UN Women. UN Women does not warrant that all coaching sessions in this contract will be purchased during the period of contract. The payment will be based on the actual sessions delivered.
