Revolution is now hiring a National Account Manager to support our Consumer division. We are looking for a proven Sales leader who is dynamic and ambitious with a passion for consistently achieving goals, targets, and revenue. This individual-contributor position will report directly to our VP of Sales and be involved in a broad range of sales activities. This role is responsible for sales growth and profitability management within their assigned territory. The position requires strong people, planning, and project management skills. The expectation is that this position increase sales and support the business’s profitability to achieve company objectives successfully. While this role offers the flexibility of remote work, preference will be given to candidates located in the Dallas, TX area. However, applicants residing in the PST or CST time zones—ideally near a major airport—will also be considered. - Manage current business within the assigned territory. - Work with Customer Support to manage daily account maintenance. - Gross Profit management and improvement of existing accounts. - Advance sales volume by studying trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand within the market. - Implement and manage contract reviews and renewals. - Identify and develop new national and regional chain account opportunities to generate profitable sales within the assigned territory. - Develop sales strategy to acquire new clients. - Execute the sale, including proposal development, conducting presentations, negotiating pricing, and presenting the contract to close the sale. - Work with Operations when appropriate on new product ideas. - Make customer visits to ensure strong relationships and remain aware of market and competitive conditions. - Provide ongoing feedback to VP of Sales on important activities, prospects, risks and changes with existing customers and the market in general. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - 5+ years’ experience in national account management, preferably in the food packaging industry. - 3+ years’ national account management experience in a manufacturing environment. - Experience in developing and executing account plans. - Successful sales track record showing continuous growth in sales throughout career. - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. - Strong references from past customers and employers. - Ability to self-manage and self-motivate. - Strong interpersonal communication skills. - Strong relationship skills. - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
