Senior GRC Analyst
Hitachi
• Support and advise the Director of GRC and the CISO on all related to risk and compliance for the enterprise • Support and coordinate the annual risk assessment and the vendor risk process • Coordinating between Internal Audit, external auditors, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable regulation and standards, including, but not limited to: SOC 2, SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001 • Hand on experience in Vendor risk management • Review of client MSA and knowledge in security awareness and training • Ensuring that information security policies, procedures and standards are periodically reviewed, up to date, and relevant for the enterprise • Supporting the programs to ensure compliance by the employee base with information security policies
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working in governance risk and compliance functions
- Strong/expert level understanding of trends in the industry for information security policy, audit, compliance, and risk management
- Excellent soft skills are a must
- Big 4 Audit and Compliance experience is highly desirable
- Experience with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
- SOC audit experience is required
- Experience with GDPR, J-SOX or SOX is highly desirable
- A fluency in the language of cybersecurity
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them to an assessment of risk
- Experience with data protection and DLP concepts and operations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Self-driven with an ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Attention to Detail and quality is an absolute must
- Willingness to work in an international team
