• Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Develop detailed project roadmaps, incorporating user needs, business requirements, and technical feasibility. • Establish clear project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. • Implement and maintain Agile project management methodologies. • Gather and analyze business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to refine needs and expectations. • Translate business goals into functional and technical requirements for development teams. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions. • Work closely with product owners to ensure business objectives are reflected in the backlog and prioritization. • Facilitate cooperation between design, development, and business teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. • Ensure UI/UX design principles are embedded into the product development process. • Validate design solutions through usability testing and user feedback analysis. • Provide input on wireframes, prototypes, and design systems to maintain consistency and usability. • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budget, and quality, ensuring successful delivery. • Implement best practices for change management and scope adjustments. • Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks. • Proactively identify bottlenecks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure continuous team alignment. • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between engineers, analysts, designers, and business leaders. • Coordinate with senior leadership (Head of PMO, COO, CEO) on project status, challenges, and strategic adjustments. • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. • Conduct regular project status meetings, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions. • Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure high-quality project deliverables. • Work with QA teams to implement robust testing frameworks. • Support product adoption, user onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives post-launch. • Maintain and archive project documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in product or technology-driven companies.
  • Strong background in business analysis, with experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Asana.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making mindset with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Experience in process optimization and change management.
  • Ability to guide and mentor development teams while maintaining strong relationships with senior leadership.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
