Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. - A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior project management role. - Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within the engineering, technology, or sustainability sectors. - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable. - Prior hands-on experience with construction ERP systems such as Spectrum and/or Trimble. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets. - Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar tools. - Commitment to Legence's mission of sustainability and building efficiency.
